The sea is just 300 m away, with easy access to cycling paths and forest areas. Two adult bikes and a child seat are available for your use. Parking includes a shared spot on the property and street parking options. Please note, events are not allowed and there is no Wi-Fi in the house. House rules: The maximum capacity is 6 guests. Any unregistered guest at booking is a violation of the house rules and will result in an additional charge per person per night. Bed linen and towels can be provided as an option, available for an extra fee. Families wishing to use this service are asked to request it in advance. You’ll find a small grocery store 900 m away, a larger supermarket 8 minutes by car, and the center of Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez 15 minutes by car.
